She’s already proved she’s happy in her own skin by tweeting a makeup-free selfie, and now Demi Lovato has done it again, joining a group of celebs wiping off the war paint for People Magazine’s ‘Most Beautiful’ issue!
The 20-year-old ‘Heart Attack’ singer and ‘X Factor US’ judge opened up to the magazine about baring all, and also shared her top tips for healthy skin.
“When I’m not working I wear as minimal makeup as possible,” Lovato revealed.
“Sometimes I just go without, for sure.”
“When I don’t have makeup on I feel confident,” she continued.
Demi joined a string of celebs including Kelly Rowland, Olivia Munn and Jordana Brewster for the 7th annual ‘Not a Drop of Makeup’ section, and even shared her advice for achieving healthy, radiant skin.
“The thing that I do the most for my skin is I make sure that I drink a lot of water and I get a lot of sleep,” she dished.
Demi will need all the rest she can get – she’s about to commence promotion for her brand new album ‘DEMI’ which drops on May 14, and has recently confirmed she’ll be returning as a judge on the new season of the ‘X Factor US’!
